Rugged performance and refined masculine style combine in the Ocean Ghost ProDiver II automatic watch from Invicta. The goldtone steel case and bracelet frame a black dial with three goldtone hands, applied goldtone indices, and a date display at the three o'clock position. Tritnite luminous hands and markers make the dial readable even in the dark. The dial is capped with a resilient anti-reflective mineral crystal and framed by a unidirectional rotating steel bezel, for safe timing of dives and other limited events. This well-built watch is shock resistant and features a screw-down crown and case back for water resistance to a full 200 meters. The watch arrived today, and it looks astonishing. It is a gift for my father and I'm sure he will love it. It is big and full of nice details. If you have a small wrist consider the size before buying it as it is huge, but that's the beauty of it; it will stand out anywhere. Delivery was on time and in good condition. The only thing I wish it had is a magnifying glass for the date.

EDIT: I would upgrade the gold stars to a 3.5 if I could...but I haven't figured out how ;-(
I've had this automatic for 7 months now...it is a big, flashy piece, so be prepared...not for the faint of heart!!
One caveat: the reserve on this watch is not good, and you will probably have to wear it all of the time, at least based on my experience. Even when I use a winder, it stops ticking after only about 5 hours after I take the watch off. [Most of my automatics have at least a day's reserve, in contrast].
So, if you like bling, and are willing to wear it all of the time, this watch may work for you...otherwise...
EDIT 8/23/09: Lately, I've been getting more in touch with my inner "bling"...and wearing this watch on a daily basis; the upshot: the reserve seems to get better with usage, and it can go more than 24 hours on the shelf...interesting and welcome!

This showed up yesterday, and it's far better looking than the picture...nice mix of satin and bright finish. I had to pull three links out, but the 47mm case isn't too big for a 7.5" wrist. Keeps great time and has a nice power reserve. I had a contractor over at the house today and he was shocked at the low price - thought it was a $1000 or more watch. This is my 1st Invicta, but won't be my last...
